Equal Pay Days are organized worldwide from Australia to Canada and Argentina.

History

The first Equal Pay Day was organized in 2008 in Germany initiated by BPW Germany and in 2009 the worldwide initiative started.

Achievements

After some years of Equal Pay Day actions first results are achieved: decrease of pay gap in some countries, new laws for equal pay.
